The State of Religious Liberty in America

Eric Rassbach's recent work defending the Little Sisters of the Poor has placed him at the center of national debates surrounding religious liberty. Eric serves as Deputy General Counsel at the Becket Fund and has represented people and institutions from many different faith backgrounds, including Buddhists, Christians, Hindus, Jains, Jews, Muslims, Santeros, and Sikhs, as well as governmental entities. He provides regular commentary on these issues for the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Times of India, the Wall Street Journal, and many other publications.
