About the Event

Success is everything, and yet old stories tell us that once achieved, it brings emptiness and despair. What goes wrong with ambition? How can we develop our talents without losing our souls? In this Flourishing Society dinner lecture, Zena Hitz, Tutor at St. John’s College and author of Lost in Thought, explored the singular power - and danger - of ambition.
