Summer Internships

The Zephyr Institute seeks applications for two full-time, paid internship positions this summer. Current undergraduates - including those who will graduate in 2022 - are invited to apply. Interns will work on a variety of administrative and research projects, and will serve as program support for Zephyr’s summer seminars. Successful candidates will demonstrate a record of academic excellence and a deep commitment to furthering Zephyr’s mission at Stanford and in the Bay Area. Interns will receive mentorship from institute staff and be sponsored to participate in Optimal Work’s Masterclass. Interns will also receive a modest housing stipend.
 

The internship will run from June 5 to July 16. Start and end dates are negotiable, and hours are flexible, but interns must be available to work full-time and in person in Palo Alto for the full six weeks. Interns will serve as RAs for Zephyr’s high school philosophy summer camp, and therefore will be provided housing from July 10-16.
 

Applications should be submitted through this form. Applicants must include a brief (1-2 page) letter of intent, a CV, unofficial transcripts, and two letters of recommendation. Applicants should arrange to have reference letters submitted to applications@zephyr.org. All materials are due on April 15, and candidates may be asked to interview in the week of April 18.
