Erika Bachiochi is a legal scholar specializing in Equal Protection jurisprudence, feminist legal theory and sexual ethics. She is a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School, Research Fellow at the Abigail Adams Institute in Cambridge, MA, and Fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center in Washington, D.C. She holds an MA in Theology from Boston College and a JD from Boston University School of Law.
