Tessa is the Director of Operations of the Zephyr Institute. Her work involves the accounting, administrative, human resources, and legal dimensions of the Institute. Tessa managed operations for an array of organizations including Macheo, an educational program she founded in Kenya. She has managed accounts and contracts as well as editorial acquisitions for a large publisher, and was most recently Director of People and Culture for a fast-growing healthcare company. Tessa earned a B.A. in International Development Studies with minors in English Literature and German Language from UCLA.
